We offer the largest range of 81X roller chain sprockets anywhere in the world! Our 81x chain sprockets are constructed using top-quality materials and are manufactured with precision to ensure maximum performance and long longevity. The majority of our chain sprockets are made out of steel, however, we also offer cast sprockets. For washing down applications, we offer high-end 303, 304, and 316-grade stainless steel 81X sprockets and plastic 81X sprockets.
The sprockets 81X work with the following chain sizes ranging from 81X to 8XH, 81XHH, and 81XXHD. 8X-RT and 8XHT
Common configurations for 81Xsprockets include A-plate, which is a standard plate sprocket, B hub which has a hub on only one side, C-Hub with a hub on both sides and an idler and split design for both B and A hub sprockets. Because of the ease of replacing split sprockets, split sprockets are increasingly sought-after and preferred by all facilities, despite their greater initial price.
