The sprockets can be manufactured either as conveyor chain plate wheels or as conveyor chain sprockets with a boss on both sides or just one side only.
FB metric conveyor chain wheels are made using 
specifically selected high-grade components. They can also be manufactured in Hardox with teeth which can be either flame or induction hardened to provide superior results in more arduous applications.
