A bush chain is quite like the roller chain. However, it does not possess friction – reducing rollers and can be thus appropriate rather for lower driving speeds. The permitted regular movement speeds of the Oil-free Air Compressor slow-operating bush chains range between 0.3 m/sec to 1 1.2 m/sec, with no more than 3.0 m/sec. Bush chains are most frequently 
found in applications requiring continuous procedure under coarse working circumstances as well as procedure in warm and humid environment where the use of belt drives will be inappropriate.
