Direction of rotation Though gearboxes are suitable for rotation in either direction, running in and functional check run is done in direction of rotation specified.
Lubrication For normal speeds, splash lubrication is provided. At places where splash lubrication isn’t effective, a built-in/individual mounted lubrication oil pump is utilized for forced-feed lubrication.
